Well I had another bad day soda consumption wise but I did go on a walk and burn 505 calories. So not bad.

And I'm really excited about dinner tonight. Not the most healthy but my mom's home made roasted hot wings (not breaded) and her home made macaroni and cheese (this is my calorie death trap)

And then off to pack my lunches/snacks for my 2 day drive to New York

Well I didn't really exercise yesterday but some friends and I did go play at the pool. So while it wasn't "exercise" or really even that strenuous it was movement which is always good! So far today I haven't worked out but I've been packing and cleaning so again, it's movement! I also ate one of those Oscar Meyer Deli Creations Flatbread Melts (loooong name!) and it was really good and only 330 calories! Also since I've been working all day I've been snacking on beef jerky. High in sodium yes but low in calories and high in protein so overall an adequate snack! I haven't had my full 8 cups of water yet and I did have a 20oz bottle of mountain dew and a can of coke...shame! Lol but overall a fairly good day!

Alright, this is my new fitness journal. Here I'm going to record what I eat, what exercise I do, my weights and my measurements. I'll also likely talk about things that are causing me to emotionally eat, which is a big problem for me.

Anyway so far my day includes:

Food- well Russ and I went to Steak and Shake but I don't think I did too badly
425 cals for the burger
150 cals for less than 1/2 of the fries I ate
300 cals for the coleslaw
250 cals for the soda

also I've had 6 cups of water so far. So close to my 8 cups!

Now, for the fitness. I recently purchased a video called Ripped 1000. It promises that you can burn up to 1000 calories a workout! And holy crap do I believe it! I only got through 30 minutes of it and even then I had to stop some of the exercises. I didn't have my heart rate monitor on so I'm not sure how many calories I actually burned...but a lot!
